Arin Arthur
Arin Arthur received her B.F.A in Studio Art from University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho. It was a toss up between textiles or clay but ultimately the luxurious hand of silk won out. Whatever the medium, it is the play of pattern and color that speaks in Arin's work. "Pattern is everywhere we look, but is often overlooked in our rush to finish each day. What winds up in my sketchbooks is usually imagery from the detritus of human living. I take these snippets and try to make them beautiful. I think that's why my patterns connect with so many people. There is something familiar, comforting about them, something that connects subconsciously." After many years spent perfecting the art of giving away her art, in 2006 Arin launched her line of silk scarves. These are sold in galleries and boutiques in the United States and Canada and in a small number of retail art shows each year. Firefly offers intricately embellished artisan jewelry, specializing in innovative colors mixes and meticulous workmanship. Our designs are elegant, yet whimsical, and sparkle with the use of Swarovski crystals.

Bee Gee Bags
Brooke Galardi, the founder and owner of beegee bags, is a self-taught handbag maker. She got started a while back when she designed a fabric bag for herself on a whim. This first beegee bag is now safely locked away in a deep cavern so that no one will ever have to lay eyes on it. However, before it went into exile, a good friend admired it and asked Brooke to make her one and she wanted to pay her cash money for it! That was the beginning of beegee bags.

Henrietta Glass
In 1988, after experimenting with many different materials and art forms, I was first exposed to the wonders of molten glass and immediately fell under its spell. Sixteen years, a BFA and an MFA later I remain as smitten as ever. Glass can do things that would be impossible with any other material, and although the learning process is quite difficult, once you gain a little fluency, blowing glass is just plain fun. I try to convey this fun by blending humor with fine craftsmanship in my designs. I hope you will enjoy them.
